Assistant Manager (Market Researcher)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Independently handle market research and strategy projects.

Support in writing strategy and business plans, consultancy for business units of Hitachi.

Conduct market research across a wide range of industries.
-
Assessment of economic, govt. policy, geo-political developments.

Prepare detailed company profiles for potential alliance/ sales activities.
Required Qualification and Characteristics:
-
MBA / PGDBM / Master of Business Economics (MBE) with major in Finance/ Economics from a reputed college / university.

At least 5 years of related work experience preferably with a market research/ consulting / credit rating firm or strategy/ corporate office of multinational company.

Ability to handle research & consultancy projects independently including making research proposal, conducting research (secondary, primary), report writing, client communication.

Team management and good interpersonal skills.

Strong command of English, both verbal and written communication.

Strong computer skills using Microsoft Offices applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Some knowledge about Japan, Japanese culture, and Japanese language is preferred.
