Assistant / Manager (Industry Development) - Compute Infrastructure

[What the role is]

You will support the industrial land and infrastructure needs for the data centre industry to meet evolving digital infrastructure needs. Your role includes driving industry development initiatives, strengthening customer partnerships and ensuring optimal land use to support Singapore’s long-term competitiveness as a global data centre hub.

[What you will be working on]

•    Account Management
You will manage customer leases and provide support to our customers' operations. This includes fostering partnerships with our customers, building win-win relationships and conducting research to understand industry needs. You will also be involved in a wide range of activities including lease or tenancy management, formulating marketing strategies, conceptualising new products, building and engaging communities, budgeting and reviewing policies. Your work encompasses overseeing and handling issues related to estate and property maintenance.

•    Data Centre Industry Development
You will support the strategic planning and development of Singapore’s data centre (DC) landscape to ensure optimal land use, long-term competitiveness and alignment with national digital infrastructure priorities. This includes evaluating the expansion of DC parks and campus-style developments, assessing long-term demand in partnership with government agencies, and reviewing regulatory, land allocation and lease frameworks to support evolving industry needs. You will identify and plan new DC sites to meet future demand, review pricing frameworks to ensure competitiveness and optimal land value, and build deep domain expertise in DC technologies and ecosystem trends. In addition, you will collaborate with agencies, industry partners and institutions to strengthen the talent pipeline and address capability gaps to support sustainable sector growth.

[What we are looking for]

Applicants should possess: 
•    Preferably background in Real Estate, Geography, Business, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines 
•    Keen interest in the Real Estate and/or tech industry, engaging and supporting companies/industrialists and desire to contribute to Singapore's economic growth 
•    Strong communications, strategic thinking skills and written ability 
•    Strong conflict resolution & interpersonal skills to engage internal/external stakeholders 
•    Positive attitude and resilient 
•    Resourceful and able to multi-task
