Get to Know the Team
Grab For Business is the B2B SaaS product line within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation, corporate food and package deliveries for thousands of businesses, from large enterprises to SMBs, across Southeast Asia. Our team works with others teams to ensure maximum impact for our businesses.
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support overall planning for Grab For Business across 8 markets in Southeast Asia, with focus on Vietnam. You will be a balance of analysis and execution, including leading projects in collaboration with different teams across business, sales, operations, marketing, product and more.
You will report to Senior Manager, GFB Planning & Projects.
You will work onsite at Ho Chi Minh City.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Manage the strategic planning process.
- Ensure agreement and coordination in business strategy with clear current assessments and future aspirations.
- Develop relevant plans to achieve team goals through systematic approaches.
- Conduct analyses on main topics, including market landscape, customer insights, and team structure.
- Define product strategy and target customer segments.
- Gather user requirements and conduct impact sizing and prioritization.
- Design and implement proofs-of-concept.
- Plan product roadmap sequence and launch timings.
- Lead go-to-market efforts by assembling teams with aligned capabilities.
- Improve growth projects, including analysis, experimentation, and operationalization of new business opportunities.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
Must-haves:
- At least 3 or more years of experience in a strategy, business analysis or similar-type role
- Professional working proficiency in Vietnamese with understanding of local business landscape and practices
- Skill in managing complex projects
- Capability to combine a large amount of information into a clear message for executive levels
- Look beyond individual issues to identify broader themes with wider-reaching impact
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience at a tech software company
- SQL proficiency
