Description
Apex Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager (Fund Administrator) to join our collaborative team. This full-time Assistant Manager (Fund Administrator) remote role is based in Japan and offers a favourable salary and benefits. Flexible working hours will be available upon request.
In this role, you will help the Japan country head review the work allocations within the team, be the point of escalation for clients within Apex and review the output from other Apex locations such as Shanghai.
Job specification
- SPC Operation and Management. Operate and manage SPC in cooperation with various departments such as finance, accounting, tax, legal, banking, and AM companies.
- Assistance SPC incorporation, assets acquisition (closing), disposition and dissolution.
- Management of various notifications and proper filing within deadline.
- Prepare Distribution calculations and liaise with related party.
- Training junior staffs including seminar and coach during daily operation.
- Assist Managers in Team management.
- Propose improvement area during operation.
Skills Required:
- Over 6 years’ experience in related industry including accounting&tax office, auditor, asset manager, SPC operation, fund administration etc in Japan;
- Qualified accountant(USCPA, ACCA, JCPA etc), Certificated Tax Accountant is preferred;
- Self-driven, detail oriented, be of high responsibility and good communication skill;
- Good English communication;
