Assistant Manager Finance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB SUMMARY

• Modern Trade Ecommerce accounts payables processing and management
• Work closely with trade team and customers for timely processing of claims, query resolution and account reconciliations
• Strengthen processes, SOPs. Actively participate towards building systems and processes to support customer claims and accounts receivables of a rapidly growing business 
• Control and Manage Trade Spends – Price Offs and Trade SG&A and monthly accruals.
• Audit preparation and remediation

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Get a good understanding of Modern Trade TOTs, process claims of customers as per TOTs and internal SOPs

Work as a business partner with trade team and support trade team with required information, account related queries.

Understand functioning of each modern trade/Ecommerce customer, extract required data from customer portal for processing claims. Liaison with finance counterparts of key accounts 

Publish MIS on account wise status, track and control accounts receivables & DSO

Co-ordinate & work with CFS for taxation, treasury and accounting matters

Disseminate relevant information to Trade Finance Team periodically to enforce proper control process from compliance and risk control angle

Actively participate in Cost Leadership initiative and collaborate to drive actions.

Give required inputs for Month end provision working for Price off and SG&A

Actively participate towards building systems and processes to support customer claims and accounts receivables of a rapidly growing business 

Maintain tracker of customer TOTs and ensure new TOTs/renewals are as per Finance Policy 110

Work on projects assigned on a time to time basis

Major/Field of Study

CA / MBA Finance

Experience Details

• Experience of minimum 4-7 years would be preferable.
• Collaborate with other functions in ensuring process and controls are maintained.
• Should have understanding of business, its key drivers and the impact on the business of the company and drive company policies effectively.
• Should have knowledge in Core Accounting.
• Possess strong analytical skills and high integrity.
