Finance Partnering: Provides financial information and insight for forecasting, planning, and controlling costs to the business. Focus is on financial accounting/analysis to support achievement of internal business goals. Responsible for budgetary control system and business performance analysis. Calculate and present standard costs including detailed assessment of material costs and overhead costs, after collating inputs from stakeholders. Develops, implements and maintains the financial plans and policies of the organization. Establishes fiscal controls, prepares financial reports, advises management on financial affairs and assists in long-range planning. Responsibilities may include financial analysis, audit, tax, cost audit, control and compliance
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure and review standard cost release annually and monitor variances monthly.

Prepare long range financial plan and annual operating plan

Evaluation internal control and effectiveness of business process by performing walk-through and testing process- add value to company SOX control.

Supporting month end by preparing analysis of actual spend vs. planned spend, preparing month and journal entries, and proper booking of entries.

Provide Risk & opportunities callouts/initiatives and quarterly and yearly estimates of landing numbers

Coordinating with internal and statutory auditors as well as assist in compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop capex plan, aligned with site strategic objectives.

Review and submit quarterly schedules for statutory reporting

Complete financial regulatory submissions within timelines

Ensure completion of fixed asset verification exercise with coordination of site stakeholders.
Minimum Level of Education
-
CA/CMA.

SAP Finance module knowledge
-
Minimum 5+ years of business partnering & financial controlling experience.
