Finance - Functional
1. As an in-house expert who will play a key role in strategic solution design and supporting
operational enhancements on the Finance functional processes
2. Provides project coordination, functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and
enhancements for enterprise
3. To be involved in analysis of AS-IS and TO-BE processes
4. To liaise with user and technical resources to design and manage other systems integration
to Oracle Fusion
5. To serve as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the
development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day
problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution, and execution tasks such as Pre Go-Live,
UAT, Post Go live training
6. To perform quality audit on Finance functional performance
7. To implement and improve SLA Tracking and performance
8. To develop and implement Service Review Meeting with Country Finance
9. To liaise with auditor for Oracle IT audit related
10. To lead in-house projects for process improvement for Finance Functions for Oracle Fusion
Oracle Helpdesk & MasterData
11. Assist in the system maintenance and support of Oracle’s Finance & EPM modules to
improve daily Group Finance Operations and contribute to the delivery of strategic
objectives
12. To assist Manager in collaborating with Group Finance, ICT and Shared Services Centre to
ensure the ongoing availability and integrity of required functionality and information and
provide system users with systems support and training to ensure effective and consistent
use of Finance systems
13. To assist Manager in collaborating with Shared Services Centre to provide assessment,
development, planning and implementation services for finance system improvement
strategies and design, build, implement and support new system capabilities.
14. 1 st Level support for Oracle Helpdesk for Finance and EPM modules
15. To serve as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the

What We Are Looking For?
1. Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent professional qualifications
with 6 years of working experience in Finance and Accounting
2. Candidates must have experience working with Oracle Cloud Application / Oracle Fusion
3. Candidates must possess strong knowledge in Finance modules
4. Proven experience in problem solving, dealing with ambiguity, and organizational agility
5. Ability to effectively communicate with end users, peers, and management how the
software application can assist in supporting their need
6. Effective in cross-department collaboration
7. We welcome candidates who always think out of the box, a problem solver, detail oriented,
positive personality and must have solid written and verbal communication skills
8. Candidates who are familiar with reporting, analytics and visualization tools is an advantage
Skills Required
- Minimum degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or an equivalent professional qualification
- At least 6 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle Fusion
- Strong knowledge of Finance modules
- Problem-solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity and organizational change
- Effective communication with end users, peers, and management
- Ability to collaborate across departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with reporting, analytics, and visualization tools
