- Assist the General Manager with daily store operations.
- Take charge of store operations when the General Manager is away.
- Lead by example while creating a positive, productive work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking every customer.
- Promote store specials and recommend products to customers.
- Support team members in all aspects of store operations.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to work alongside your team and lead by example.
- Previous convenience store or retail management experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
