The Role
Our firm is expanding rapidly, and we have immediate opening for an Assistant Manager to help teach, train and develop our Direct Sales team. This individual will be the right hand to our Managing Partner and cross train in various departments in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior leadership experience in a professional setting
- Outgoing, charismatic and personable
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Passionate about learning new skills
- Open minded and career oriented
- Excellent public speaking skills
- 0 - 3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
- Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Must be available to start immediately
