About the Role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for design-related matters.
  • Review, vet, and approve consultant design packages for completeness, compliance, and coordination with project requirements.
  • Organize and lead design coordination workshops to proactively identify and resolve cross-disciplinary clashes and integration issues.
  • Facilitate Design Review Meetings at Schematic, Design Development, and Construction stages, ensuring timely closure of comments and package finalization.

General Responsibilities 

  • Evaluate specifications, and construction documents for feasibility, constructability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and manage design schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design milestones.
  • Support risk management by identifying potential design issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct site visits as required to verify design implementation and resolve design-related construction challenges.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
  • 10+ years of experience in design management for large-scale or mixed-use projects, ideally within a PMC or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination, construction documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in design software, digital planning tools, and MIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
