This role plays a vital part in managing brand and product-related promotions, with a focus on Above-the-Line (ATL) campaigns and acting as a brand custodian to ensure all outputs from the company align with brand guidelines across all channels. The position may also involves supporting sponsorship-related activities and fostering partnerships to enhance the brand’s visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate large-scale ATL promotions from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and goals.  

  • Liaises with the Regional Office to implement and enforce brand guidelines. Act as the brand custodian to brief the brand guidelines to all departments and ensuring that all outputs developed across various channels adhere to the brand guidelines.

  • Manage and monitor on budget, including payment settlements.  

  • Preparing and analyzing reports to evaluate campaign or event effectiveness.  

  • Maintain calendars, track timelines, and oversee deliverables to support efficient project management and meet deadlines.  

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in brand management & project coordination.

  • Knowledge of performance metrics evaluation and reporting for ROI analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese & English (additional language such as Mandarin is a plus).

  • Plan and adhere to strict schedules to meet tight deadlines, ensuring tasks are executed on time.  

  • Ability to collaborate with internal & external parties to rollout campaign and activities effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.  

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing brand and marketing campaigns, with a focus on ATL promotions.

  • Experience in the finance or insurance industries would be an advantage.  

  • More experience will be considered for the Manager role.
