Who You Are:

Supergoop! is seeking an Assistant Manager, Affiliate Marketing to join our eCommerce team based in New York! You are a highly productive individual who has strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in influencer marketing and project management.  Reporting to the Manager, Growth Marketing, this role is based in New York and will unlock the potential of this channel by exploring net-new initiatives and nurturing existing strategies. You will play an integral role in connecting the world of affiliate to multiple teams including: PR, Influencer, Brand, and Retail.


Responsibilities: 

  • Program Management
    • Manage our brands’ affiliate marketing program, including identifying and recruiting new affiliates, managing existing relationships, and optimizing performance
    • Create and implement affiliate marketing strategies that align with overall DTC and business objectives, including traffic growth, new customer acquisition, and conversion
    • Work closely with brand marketing, content, and ecommerce teams to align affiliate campaigns with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional efforts
    • Ensure affiliate partners are provided with the necessary tools, content, and support to promote the brand effectively, including creative assets, product and brand copy, and performance incentives
    • Negotiate terms with key affiliate partners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships, focusing on driving high-quality traffic and maximizing revenue
    • Partner with brand teams to build influencer programs through affiliate channels like LTK, ShopMy, and TikTok Shop.
    • Partner closely with brand influencer team to build a full funnel influencer program from awareness to conversion via affiliate networks and DTC affiliate codes
    • Support brand influencer team in organic gifting
  • Performance and Optimizations
    • Monitor and analyze affiliate channel performance, using key metrics such as clicks, conversions, revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), customer lifetime value (CLV), customer acquisition costs (CAC).
    • Identify opportunities to improve affiliate performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and optimization of affiliate offers and landing pages

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 2-3 years in affiliate marketing
  • Experience managing affiliate marketing channels, ideally in retail or agency settings, in a high-growth, test & learn environment
  • Experience working in the following platforms: Rakuten, LTK, ShopMy, TikTok Shop
  • Proven ability to plan and execute performance-driven affiliate campaigns.
  • Analytical skills with experience using tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Measured, RetentionX, Shopify, Google Analytics) to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and channel optimization.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in complex organizations to align strategies and drive outcomes.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 commensurate with experience
