Location: Sissach, BL (100% On-Site)

Forget "business as usual." As Parashift’s Assistant to the Management, you aren't just managing calendars—you are the backbone of our leadership team. You will work directly with our CEO, CFO, CTO, and Head of Sales during a period of European expansion.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to blend into a corporate machine; it’s for a high-energy "doer" who wants a front-row seat to how an AI tech company scales. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Be the Glue: Ensure the CTO, CFO, CEO, and Head of Sales are operating at 100% efficiency. You’ll handle the heavy lifting of schedules and operations so the leadership can focus on growth.

• Startup Engineering: You won't just follow processes; you’ll help build them. You’ll dive into strategic tasks to help improve our internal automation and administration infrastructure.

• Project Catalyst: You’ll track timelines and deliverables like a hawk, ensuring that big ideas actually turn into reality across all departments.

• Stakeholder Pulse: Build relationships across the team. You are the go-to person for making things happen and keeping the momentum high.

• Deep Dives: Support the leadership with research and insights that help us stay ahead of the AI-driven document automation market.

• The Vibe: You are vibrant, curious, and possess a "crazy-ass" work ethic. You don't wait to be told what to do—you see a gap and fill it.

• The Ambition: You have a massive hunger to learn how a startup actually operates from the inside out.

• Experience: 1–2 years in a fast-paced environment (startup, agency, or high-growth tech) is a plus, but your energy and reliability matter most.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is great, but your ability to solve problems on the fly is what we really value.

• Tech Obsession: You are genuinely excited by technology and AI in particular. You’re the person who tries every new tool and wants to know how things actually work.

• Organizational Mastery: You’re "scary organized." You handle multiple high-priority tasks under tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.

• Communication: You write and speak with clarity and punch. You can hold your own in a room with founders and stakeholders.

• Languages: Native German and Fluent English are non-negotiable. French is a major bonus.

• In-Person This is an in-person, high-collaboration role. You must live in or near the Basel area and be excited to work 100% on-site at our Sissach office. We move fast, and we do it together.
