The Assistant League Manager is responsible for providing players and staff with the best adult indoor soccer experience possible. Development, growth, and organization of all areas of Leagues are expected in this position. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS- Plan and implement soccer seasons
- Manage drop-in programs
- Manage and place free agents to new and existing teams
- Officiate games when necessary
- Ensure team fees are collected per company standards
- Communicate with teams and team managers
- Develop team and player relationships
- Hire and train League Referees to create a dynamic team that operates within the mission and goals of the TBCC.
- Continuously develop staff to achieve individual and company goals
- Complete timely performance reviews for referee staff
- Discipline and terminate staff as needed per company policy
- Manage staff schedule and payroll tasks
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing program
- Communicate marketing initiatives and tasks to staff
- Communicate program information to staff including new policies and procedures
- Evaluate and manage equipment costs and needs to help plan future expenses
- Coordinate weekly manager schedule to ensure program coverage
- MOD up to 3-4 nights per week, including weekends
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the League industry and current trends
- sure customers receive exceptional service from a friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility
- Ensure all customers leave with a positive experience
- Address any customer requests or concerns
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management

- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Uses patience, tact, and professionalism when working with customers as per company standards
- Effective training and leadership skills
- Proficient in computer skills and experience with management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Soccer experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of supervision experience referred
