The role involves liaising with Union officers, supporting senior solicitors on high-profile and large-scale settlement exercises, and working collaboratively within the team to help develop and promote our service offering.
You will also negotiate settlement terms in line with legislation and client instructions. With full training and ongoing support, you will develop specialist expertise in advising on, negotiating, and completing settlement agreements.
