You are responsible for
- Plan the pre-sale and post-service business growth strategy, take ownership and manage service performance in order to increase market reputation and ensure business objective.
- Lead the service transformation to ensure the lifecycle business strategy can be deployed to both sales and services teams.
- Leverage multi-functional teams and resources to develop Life cycle business model and deploy to the market.
- Drive assigned Key Accounts Hospital operation and business performance in order to achieve and exceed the assigned business budget.
- Create and manage service business models with well control solution scope and deployment
- Execute lifecycle business strategies to ensure revenue and profitability targets achievement.
- Increase customer satisfaction and engagement by identify the value-added service and increase the service contract penetration.
You are a part of
Professional talent in Sales team, playing the key role in Philips Health System Hong Kong for transformation journey. You will direct report to Health System Sales Leader of Hong Kong.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above major in Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years related working experience, sales/ account management experiences from healthcare/ medical device industry is highly preferred
- Experience in process development and change management
- Independent, good execution capability and strong desire for success
- Excellent communications skills with pragmatic attitude in align with customer satisfaction
- Excellent oral and written skills on English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
