SKM Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant IT Support to join our team in Riyadh. The selected candidate will support daily IT operations, assist in troubleshooting technical issues, and contribute to maintaining secure and efficient IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:Provide first-line IT support and troubleshoot daily hardware and software issues
Assist in maintaining network systems, servers, and IT hardware
Support software installations, updates, and basic cybersecurity measures
Help with IT-related projects and system improvements
Document IT issues and solutions as needed
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams when required
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field
0–1 year of experience in IT support or technical assistance (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Good understanding of computer systems, networks, and basic IT troubleshooting
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
Willingness to learn, proactive, and team-oriented
