The Role
At IMG Models, we represent some of the most influential talent shaping fashion, beauty, culture, and creativity worldwide. We work with leading models, digital-native talent, creatives, luxury brands, and global partners.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and energetic Assistant to support IMG Models LA and its leadership team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and genuinely interested in the business of fashion, beauty, entertainment, and talent.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & General Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to leadership and managers.
- Manage calendars, schedules, to-do lists, and priorities to keep projects and deals moving forward.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for talent, brands, clients, and internal teams.
- Screen and route incoming calls and communications appropriately.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, pitches, decks, and other materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop, and Adobe.
- Support talent and managers across multiple time zones.
- Follow up consistently and confidently, managing a wide range of personalities and priorities with professionalism.
Talent & Brand Coordination
- Support managers and talent from initial offer through deal close.
- Coordinate communications, schedules, logistics, and travel for talent.
- Gather and organize creative pitches and materials for brand opportunities.
- Maintain accurate talent booking charts and calendars.
- Work closely with digital-native talent and support the unique needs of their evolving careers and brand partnerships.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with talent, brands, and industry partners.
Deals, Contracts & Finance
- Support managers throughout the deal process, from offer status through contract execution.
- Facilitate contract execution and track outstanding items and approvals.
- Shadow contract negotiations and participate in finance calls to develop a strong understanding of the business.
- Collect billing information, create billing charts, and coordinate with Finance to support timely talent payments.

- Professional, personable, and able to navigate a variety of personalities with confidence and discretion.
Minimal Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience supporting a senior-level executive, manager, or team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- CRM and SAP experience a plus.
- Experience in fashion, beauty, entertainment, talent management, or a related industry a plus.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
