Contaremos contigo para:

• ·       Recibir llamadas entrantes

  ·       Atención a recepción en dado que se necesite

  ·       Retención de clientes

  ·       Comunicación vía mail con los clientes

  ·       Actualización en el sistema sobre los clientes

  ·       Entrega mensual de reportes

¿Qué necesitas tener?

• Escolaridad secundaria con proyección a estudiar universidad
• 2 años de experiencia en seguros patrimoniales o call center de seguros con perfil comercial
• Excel  intermedio (tablas dinámicas)
• Inglés básico
• Manejo básico de office
