Assistant – Human Resources

We are looking for an individual to assist in HRM & HRD related activities in order to ensure the smooth function of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with relevant departments to identify training requirements using stranded tools. Develop training programs based on the identified training requirements. Conduct the training programs.
Identify the critical talents in the organization and arrange the talent pipeline.
Coordinate with the Training Centre and support the planning and delivery of Team Leader, Checker, Floater, and Packer training programs.
Coordinate with the relevant parties to identify specific training requirements and plan and deliver training programs to achieve the required objectives.
Drive TL/GL-related HR activities in accordance with MAS guidelines.
Maintain accurate training records and ensure that the relevant information is updated in the system.
Knowledge and Skills:
Diploma or similar qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Management or Business Administration.
Minimum 1 – 2 years of work experience (Excluding internship/trainee periods)
Should possess basic knowledge in HR.
Ability to work in fast paced, diverse community.
