The Role

In this role, you’ll oversee and manage various aspects of human resources, from employee relations to compensation and compliance, while acting as a strategic partner to management.

What you will do as an Assistant HR Manager
  • Employee Onboarding: Ensure new employees are properly integrated into the organization through orientation, training, and ongoing support.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement systems to evaluate employee performance, identify gaps, and recommend training and development opportunities.
  • Employee Relations: Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions while fostering a positive and fair workplace culture.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation packages, benefits, and incentives for employees in the Philippine site.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, implement professional development initiatives, and encourage a culture of continuous learning.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards while staying updated on policy changes.
  • HR Strategy: Partner with senior management and local stakeholders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Talent Management: Focus on retaining top talent, supporting succession planning, and building a strong leadership pipeline.
What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of Psychology, Business, Industrial Engineering, or Social Science courses
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Human Resources Officer or Supervisor.
  • Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, Performance Management, and Compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
