We are looking for a talented Assistant HR Trainee to join our team! In this role, you’ll have the chance to begin your career in HR within a leading luxury group, gaining hands‑on experience and supporting daily operations across the department. It’s a great opportunity to learn, grow, and develop your skills in a high‑standard, people‑focused environment.
What you will do?
- Support the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new team members.
- Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and help ensure a smooth and organized selection experience.
- Maintain and update our candidate database.
- Communicate with candidates, ensuring clear, timely, and professional follow‑up.
- Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks across the department.
What are we looking for?
- Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Eligibility for a curricular internship.
- Strong interest in recruitment and people‑focused work.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and interpersonal ability.
- Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented mindset.
- Good level of English, both spoken and written.
