The finance and Management services division of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) offers support services to the commission in critical areas such as Human Resources, Finance and Accounts, Information Technology and Protocol. The division qualified candidates for the following positions.
Job DescriptionThe assistant general manager human resources ensure the development and implementation of a corporate Human resources strategy for the commission. The job holder reports to the General Manager, finance and management services.
Qualifications
A first degree in Humanities, Psychology, Management/Social Science, Human Resources and related fields.
Minimum of 18 years work experience in the private or public sector of a dynamic and driven organization, 5 years of which must have been at management level, related to general human resources management or core HR functions.
