An experienced and dynamic Assistant Front Office Manager who will lead the guest services team with confidence and care, ensuring every interaction reflects Loews Hotels’ commitment to excellence. As the face of our front desk operations, you’ll champion service standards, inspire your team, and create seamless experiences that leave lasting impressions. What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations of the Front Office team, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
Lead and mentor team members to maintain high performance, morale, and adherence to Loews service standards
Manage payroll processes, including scheduling, timecard edits, and approval of time-off requests
Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Coordinate room allocations and collaborate with housekeeping to meet guest preferences
Develop and deliver training programs to support team growth and operational excellence
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Conduct audits and maintain accurate financial records, including payment processing and performance reporting
Partner with leadership on initiatives to promote hotel services and improve operational efficiency
Respond to emergencies with professionalism, ensuring guest and team safety
Regular attendance in conformance with standards
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings

Your Qualifications Include:
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
Minimum of two years guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred
Minimum one-year guest service leadership role preferred
Experience with previous Property Management System, preferred Opera System
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a hotel setting preferred
Ability to stand for long periods of time required
