All about the role:

This role is expected to makes technical/professional recommendations and offers insights that contribute to the development of wider solutions to accounting/ finance issues and problems.

In daily work, the role is expected to coach junior colleagues as well.

What you’ll do:

• Set up and maintain regional cost center structures and financial reporting structures.

• Manage intercompany service charges across countries.
• Drive standardization projects across APMEA
• Review GL classifications and ensure proper financial reporting.
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation allocation for Regional Cost center
• Support month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, and audit preparation
• Monitor expenses and provide cost analysis to improve financial efficiency.
• Support the rollout of Transfer Pricing models in APMEA.
• Verify IBC tax compliance and reporting, ensuring adherence to tax regulations and company policies.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Act as a key contact for internal/external audit to prepare statutorily financial statement and drive continuous process improvement.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Tax, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance or Compliance
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and tax compliance regulations.
• Proven experience working with regional teams or shared service environments, with strong team collaboration skills.
• Proficient in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
