Assistant Financial Controller (Maternity Leave Replacement)

CTERA, a fast-growing top-tier startup in the cloud storage space, is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Assistant Financial Controller

to join our Finance team at our Israeli headquarters. 

Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, this role offers an interesting, challenging, and hands-on opportunity within a dynamic and high-performing environment. 

This is a hybrid temporary position covering a maternity leave.  

Location: Petach Tikva, Israel 

•  CPA with Big 4 experience 
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and international tax – mandatory 
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) 
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures 
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred) and Word 
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn 
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 
• Team player with a strong work ethic
