- Responsible for daily financial accounting & bookkeeping of related legal entities.
- Assist in daily and monthly FRR reporting of licensed corporations
- Prepare various reconciliation reports between external and internal parties
- Prepare client money segregation & desegregation
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and year-end tax filing
- Assist in year-end audit & regulatory assignment
- Key contact point for banking transactions
- Provide assistance in special projects and provide on-going improvements to the finance operation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency.
- Bachelor or above degree of finance or related fields.
- Attained all required regulatory qualifications to carry out necessary client service activities.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in financial service or financial reporting
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership
- Team player, good personality and motivation.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Proficiency in use of computer. Especially excellent MS-Excel skills is a must, experience in MS-Access, MS-PowerPoint, SAP and Essbase is an advantage
- Proficiency in English
