Submit the manifest of HBL through the Customs nominated platform and inform customers to make Customs Clearance.

Check and confirm the carriers’ MBL.
l 盯每一票货放行状态，如果没有及时放行需要催促客人
Follow up with the Customs Releasing result of every shipment, contact customers in time if which is missing.
l 全部放行后完善FILE信息并完成装箱
After all cargoes loaded in the container have been released, input the complete File information in Phoenix and finish Container Loaded and Sealed.

Check the matching status and result of AMS/ISF/ACI.
l 做开船并触发COB。
Finish Confirmed on Board in Phoenix and trigger COB.
l 开船后，根据客人情况和要求（票结/月结，电放/正本），及时签单放单。
After departure to print out and release HBL to customers based on the status and requirements (per BL/month settlement, Express or Originals)
l 需要及时将客户的提单确认件及更改的信息、保函等相关文件上传到Phoenix指定的路径里。
Upload customer's bill of lading confirmation, amendment information, letter of guarantee and other related documents into Phoenix in time.
l 整理预报文件。
Collect and prepare the pre-alert documents.
l 每天按时检查所有EMT项目AT RISK/OVER DUE/ FAILED WHY动态里和自己相关业务，并及时更新改正。每天天下班前保证清理干净所有在AT RISK 和FAILED WHY动态里的属于自己业务。
Check the EMT reminding include AT RISK/OVERDUE/ FAILED WHY and other related business on time, update and correct the figures in time and make sure to clean up all of them before EOB in every day.
l 遵守公司的规章制度，完成上级和公司交办的其他工作。
Comply with the rules of the company. Complete other tasks assigned by managements and the company.
