Responsibilities
- Account/Client Management: Demonstrate understanding of key client information, fostering good client communication with an outgoing and flexible approach
- Content: Understands trends in supported industries; excels in crafting press releases, briefing books, internal newsletters, etc.
- Media Engagement: Manages daily media needs, e.g., mass distributions, product seeding, event RSVP, etc.; pitches and oversees media interviews
- Planning: Assists with retainer and project planning
- Event: Coordinates client events, including logistics arrangement, onsite support, etc.
- Financial Planning and Management: Demonstrate understanding of financial concepts at the project level, assist project managers on tracking and monitoring financials
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Relevant internship experience in public relations, experience in managing and executing communications projects and campaigns;
- Good anti-pressure ability: accept reasonable OT;
- Team player and high English language skillset
