The Role

Join Pro Rehab, an established therapy company with over 34 years of successful business! We are looking for an Assistant Executive Director to support our corporate headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to grow into a senior leadership role in the coming years.
Position Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
Wage Range: $25 - $35 / hour depending on experience
Location: 19 Central Ave, Buffalo, MN 55313
Assistant Executive Director Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Director in managing financial operations, billing, and insurance processes.
  • Collaborate with departments to streamline and improve financial procedures and authorization workflows.
  • Lead initiatives tied to insurance authorization, billing compliance, and process optimization.
  • Assist with preparation and review of financial reports, budgets, and forecasting.
  • Oversee implementation and monitoring of billing and collections strategies.
  • Development toward future leadership of the finance and accounting department.
Assistant Executive Director Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in finance, insurance, and/or billing within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, lead projects, and grow into higher-level leadership roles.
  • Experience with healthcare billing systems, insurance authorizations, and payer procedures is a plus.
