What will you do?
- Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of company events — from small on-site gatherings to large-scale programs.
- Coordinate factory tours for visitors, partners, delegations and high schools.
- Collaborate closely with the PR team on public events, excursions, media-related activities, and brand-representation tasks.
- Provide daily executive support to site leadership.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs using company data and information systems.
- Coordinate approval processes for contracts, invoices, proposals, and legal documents.
Who do we look for?
- University degree (Bachelor’s degree minimum).
- Strong independence, excellent organizational skills, initiative, and creativity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Czech is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong representation skills.
- Ability to create simple graphics and visual content (e.g., Canva).
- Basic project management skills (planning, time management, budgeting, and results orientation).
