About the Role

• Assisting in the preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Responding to facility maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues promptly.
• Managing service contracts and coordinating with third-party service providers.
• Maintaining records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status.
• Supporting improvement initiatives and efficiency upgrades for facilities.

About You

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management.
• Strong team player.
• Able to work under minimal supervision, perform under pressure, proactive.
