Report to application engineer, supporting application Engineers and managing assigned project/contract sites to meet daily customer and operational requirements, including task coordination, team metrics tracking, and KPI management.
Assist in planning of BMS works, including testing, commissioning, software programming, and on-site supervision, ensuring full compliance with project plans, technical specifications, and contract documents.
Conduct testing and commissioning for BMS, FAS, and Security Systems, including preparation of technical submittals, method statements, compliance documentation, OSE report and O&M manuals.
Assist with system setup, programming, and commissioning.
Provide support to senior engineers during project implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
Developing knowledge in HVAC, energy management, and building automation systems.
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
Demonstrate a strong interest in building automation systems, energy efficiency, and smart building solutions.
Basic understanding of control systems or IT networks is beneficial but not essential.
Highly motivated to learn and develop expertise in BMS control systems, with structured training provided.
Exhibit good interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
Willing to perform works in construction site and high stress environment
Able to work at odd hours e.g.: After office hour or midnight hour
