Assistant - Employee Relations - Operations
(Based at Thulhiriya)
Strategically located within Sri Lanka’s Industrial Zone in Thulhiriya, TEXO is a fabric processing mill, offering value adding services such as dyeing, finishing and printing of cotton-based fabrics to global brands. Along with TEXO’s capability of providing customized orders, this MAS owned entity also benefits from the cost and sustainability advantage of being located within the MAS Fabric Park.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor, control, and follow up on employee absenteeism to ensure optimal attendance levels.
Manage and track Employee Time Off (ETO), ensuring compliance with company policies and timely follow-up.
Drive and promote the organization's Suggestions and Kaizen culture by coordinating employee participation and implementation follow-ups.
Coordinate and maintain effective communication with the Employee Representation Body (ERB) to foster positive employee relations.
Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially, ensuring timely resolution and a positive workplace environment.
Coordinate employee attendance, leave administration, and related payroll concerns with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Graduate / Diploma in Human resource Management / Compliance / Health and Safety
- Strong decisions making skills and Excel Knowledge
- Experience on Recruitment Functions
