Dans ce rôle, vous devrez…
Gérer et organiser Outlook du SVP (courriels et calendrier), surveiller les courriels, planifier des appels avec les clients, et comprendre les priorités.
Identifier et mettre en place des processus pour améliorer le flux de travail, l’organisation et la communication.
Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels au nom du conseiller, et transmettre rapidement tout message urgent.
Préparer des rapports de dépenses et vérifier les rapports soumis au besoin.
Rencontrer le conseiller quotidiennement pour discuter des événements, réunions et aspects logistiques à venir.
Planifier les voyages et les réunions.
Rédiger et distribuer des courriels, mémos, lettres et formulaires.
Accomplir toute autre tâche au besoin.
Ce que vous apportez
1 à 3 ans d’expérience en soutien administratif dans un secteur de services professionnels; une expérience en immobilier est un atout.
Compétences avancées dans les applications Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint).
Capacité de communiquer clairement et de manière concise, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, en français et en anglais.
Capacité d’offrir un excellent service à la clientèle à tous les niveaux de l’organisation ainsi qu’aux partenaires externes.

In this role, you will..
Manage and organize the SVP's Outlook (email & Calendar), monitoring emails, booking calls with clients, understanding priorities
Identify and implement processes to improve workflow, organization, and communication.
Answer phone calls and reply to emails on behalf of the Advisor, forwarding any urgent messages in a timely manner
Prepare expense reports and review submitted reports when required
Meet with Advisor daily to discuss upcoming events, meetings, and logistics
Plan for travel and meetings
Write & distribute email correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
Other duties as required.
What you bring
1-3 years support experience in a professional services industry; real estate experience an asset
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and written, in French and English
Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
