Assistant ‐ Dye house

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the Dye batch loading plan and achieve the daily production targets by completing dye batches as per the plan finish.
Understand the challenges of daily lording plan, prepare contingency plan to overcome the challenges while working with external parties to minimize the impact on dye machine capacity.
Ensure the Dye batch loading plan and achieve the daily output plan of DNA and department by completing development and innovation batches as per the plan finish.
Monitor the presetting operation output, quality requirements and standard set to make sure dye machines continuing.
Monitor and support washing mill operation during the shift by ensuring the production plan being achieved with required quality levels.
Support the dye batch related problem solving when required together with TLs.
Support TL and TM related concerns communicate necessary information with department management and get require support to sort them effective manner.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Undergraduate or a graduate in Textile chemistry or Statistics or NDT.
- 1 year of work experience in textile manufacturing, dying or a related field.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office, Power – BI with knowledge and experience in data analyzing in Excel.
- Decision Making and Problem‐Solving skills.
- People Management, Negotiation and Influencing Skills.
- Good communication skills.
Skills Required
- Undergraduate or graduate in Textile Chemistry, Statistics, or NDT
- At least 1 year work experience in textile manufacturing, dyeing, or related field
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Power BI and experience analyzing data in Excel
- Decision making and problem-solving skills
- People management, negotiation and influencing skills
- Good communication skills
