The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Compensation of $25.18 starting hourly rate based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
  • Health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time-off, and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.

  • Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees 

Skills Required

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Previous leadership experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must meet state requirements for education and center/school requirements
