What you'll do
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all T&C functions.
- Implement and continuously improve policies, programs, and processes that support growth, engagement, and organizational health.
- Partner with leadership to ensure recruitment and retention consistently executed
- Serve as a trusted resource for team members at all levels, offering guidance on Talent & Culture matters.
- Build strong relationships and promote open communication across the organization.
- Foster an environment that champions inclusivity, respect, and collaboration.
- Develop and execute culture‑building initiatives, events, and engagement strategies.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts throughout the organization.

Who are you
- Experience in HR, Talent, or Culture‑focused roles, ideally with 2 years of leadership responsibilities
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- 3+ years of recruitment experience and a passion for building inclusive, high‑engagement workplaces
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Hotel experience a plus
