Job Description
The Assistant Director of Sales – Wholesale is responsible for driving sales growth in the Wholesale segments by developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. This role works closely with the Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize pricing, forecast trends, and execute promotional activities. The Assistant Director of Sales – Wholesale represents the hotel at trade shows and industry events to expand its market presence. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and sales planning skills are required to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• At least five years experience in hotel sales and marketing
• Experience in luxury hotel brands
• Revenue management experience
• Ability to influence and persuade with excellent negotiation skills
• Strong sales and analytical knowledge
