We are seeking a passionate and driven individual who is ready to take the next step to advance their career as the Assistant Director Perioperative and Clinical Services at our Werribee campus.

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:

This is a permanent full time position and will be pivotal in providing professional and operational leadership to the clinical workforce at St Vincent's Private Hospital Werribee, as well as contributing to the development and achievement of strategic objectives. This role will also provide support and assistance to the General Manager/Director of Clinical Services.

ABOUT YOU:

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with AHPRA

  • Post graduate qualification in advanced nursing, preferably critical care or perioperative or business management related field

  • Experience in acute care setting

  • Enrolled or working towards Master of Nursing/ or equivalent is highly desired.

  • Demonstrated evidence of clinical leadership

  • The ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and the local community

  • Demonstrated previous experience in strategic and operational management of a business unit.

REQUIREMENTS:
