This individual has a general knowledge of all things related to people + culture and looks for ways to assist team members and applicants, all while ensuring that experience is the Makeready way; always valuing people over process. This individual will have a broad knowledge of people and culture (HR) functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, team member relations, payroll, and performance management.
Requested Tasks
- Handle team member relations, counseling, and exit interviews
- Investigate team member relations issues and counsel leaders on team member issues
- Assist leaders in the recruitment effort for all exempt and non-exempt team members
- Participate in safety meetings to ensure the program meets every necessary component
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits law and regulations
Requested Capabilities
- Prior Assistant Director of Sr. Manager experience is required
- An approachable, personable, and friendly personality
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- A sense of discretion as this role handles sensitive team member information

Skills Required
- Prior Assistant Director or Senior Manager HR experience
- Broad knowledge of HR functions (talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, payroll, performance management)
