What You’ll Do

Working closely with the Director of Nursing, you’ll help provide day-to-day clinical leadership for our Nursing Team across Assisted Living and Memory Care. You’ll have the opportunity to coach and develop staff, support quality initiatives, strengthen clinical practices, and help ensure our residents continue to receive compassionate, high-quality care.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide clinical leadership and serve as the Director of Nursing’s designee in their absence.
  • Supervise, coach, educate, and evaluate nursing and clinical team members.
  • Participate in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, orientation, and performance management.
  • Oversee LNA/MNA training and CPR programs in accordance with New Hampshire requirements.
  • Support nursing scheduling and coverage when needed and participate in the nursing leadership on-call rotation.
  • Help maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness, including audits and staff education.
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
  • Support resident assessments, care planning, admissions, discharges, and care conferences.
  • Provide oversight of medication administration, infection prevention and control, and clinical documentation practices.
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for an RN who combines strong clinical judgment with an approachable, supportive leadership style.

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current, unencumbered New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • 3–5 years of nursing experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
  • Strong communication, coaching, leadership, and team-building skills

Preferred:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • 1–2 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience
  • LifePlan Community/CCRC experience
