What You'll Do
Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations.
Support, coach, and develop nursing staff to promote excellence in resident care.
Assist with regulatory compliance, surveys, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor resident care plans and clinical outcomes.
Participate in staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and employee development.
Help foster a positive, collaborative, and resident-centered culture.
Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, CNAs, residents, and families.
Qualifications
Active RN or LPN license in Idaho (or ability to obtain). RN preferred.
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Previous nurse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care.

Requirements
Education
Graduate of accredited school of nursing with an ASN or BSN preferred.
Licenses/Certification
Valid RN or LPN license in the state employed.
Valid CPR certification.
DNS-CT or CDONA, optional.
Valid driver’s license.
Experience
2 years successful nursing experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
Skills Required
- Active RN or LPN license in the state employed (or ability to obtain)
