Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, the Medical Director, and/or the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Experience
- Must have, as a minimum, 1 year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a Assisted Living care facility, or other related health care facility.
- Assisted Living care experience preferred.
Educational Requirements
- Current Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing with the Kansas Board of Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program
Skills Required
- At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor in an assisted living care facility or related healthcare facility
- Current Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing with the Kansas Board of Nursing
- Graduation from an accredited LPN nursing program
- Assisted living care experience
