What You'll Do- Support the daily operations of the Nursing Department and assist the Director of Nursing in achieving clinical and operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff while fostering teamwork and accountability.
- Ensure high-quality resident care through regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and clinical oversight.
- Assist with staffing, orientation, performance management, and employee development.

- Step into the Director of Nursing role when needed.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado.
- Leadership experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

QualificationsValid and current Colorado RN License.
2 to 5 years experience in Management
