Old Edwards Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Human Resources to help lead HR operations across our luxury hospitality organization. This leadership role partners closely with the Director of Human Resources to deliver exceptional employee experiences, support business leaders, and advance strategic people initiatives that strengthen our culture and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Help lead daily Human Resources operations across the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, coaching, performance management, and employment practices.
- Support talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and company standards.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, recognition programs, and HR process improvements.
- Utilize HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Partner closely with Payroll, HR Systems, Finance, and operational leaders to support business objectives.
- Serve as the Director of Human Resources' delegate as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Six or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least three years leading HR professionals or significant HR programs.
- Hospitality, resort, club, or luxury service experience strongly preferred.
- SHRM or HRCI certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.

Skills Required
