Reports to General Manager
Responsible for financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and hold team accountable
- Responsible for the property’s overall accounting and financial management requirements
- Support and liaise with the GM and Home Office representatives in meeting the strategic goals of the hotel
- Prepare and review annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and operating results
- Verify all financial reports and ensure all transactions are accurate and in compliance with local government regulations
