About the Role & Responsibilities
Working under the Senior Director of Enrollment Research & Analytics, you'll be a critical player in the Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) team. You'll gather, analyze, and report on admissions, enrollment, and financial aid data to empower data-driven decision making across Student Enrollment and Engagement (SEE). Your work directly supports our commitment to creativity by fueling strategies that recruit and educate world-class musicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic reports and interactive dashboards in Tableau and other systems.
- Build, maintain, and refresh data flows that combine, shape, and clean data for analysis.
- Track and report on trends, key performance metrics, and student success/persistence data.
- Summarize analytical work and present findings in a visually compelling way to non-technical audiences.
- Provide general departmental support, including routine data management, cleanup, and ad hoc project support.
- Stay informed on industry trends and new innovations in enrollment management and student success.
What You'll Bring
We need a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a strong capacity to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, institutional research, or reporting.
- Strong technical, statistical, and reporting skills.
- Experience developing dashboards in Tableau or other BI software.
- Proven history of translating non-technical requests into data products that drive stakeholder action.
- Ability to join data from various databases and systems into workable data sets.
- Advanced-level Google productivity suite skills.

Hiring Range: $87,000 to $102,000; salary dependent on relevant experience and education.
