The Role of the Assistant Director of Engineering
The Assistant Director of Engineering will assist the Director of Engineering in all aspects of hotel and building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Situated at such a prestigious address, our property offers unparalleled proximity to key business areas, shopping centres, and cultural sites, 276 spacious and light-filled rooms, including 39 luxurious suites.

The hotel offers three exceptional restaurant venues, collectively offering a seating capacity of 250 guests.
Our event facilities, with a mix of Ballroom and Meeting Rooms offer a remarkable 7,213 square meters (77,640 square feet) of space, making them the perfect choice for a wide range of events.
SPA and Wellness
Nestled within our establishment, our world-class spa offers an array of indulgence across 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 treatment room designed exclusively for female guests. This haven of rejuvenation also encompasses high end facilities and a meticulously outfitted fitness center.
Knowledge and Skills
- Possesses college Degree or vocational certificates in Electromechanical field.
- Has 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in hotel maintenance environment. Powerhouse experience as advantage.
- Must have Electromechanical background with relevant experience in hospitality industry.
- Should have experience in ESG initiatives in sustainability program.
- Ability to analyze trends in utility consumption report and predict energy forecast and to set up energy conservation programs.
- Ability to understand the monthly expenses report.
- Possesses aptitude, management skills and upward mobility.
- Possesses excellent English, math, and psychometric abilities. Proficient in English written and spoken an advantage.
