The Assistant Director of Clinical Services provides clinical leadership and oversight to ensure children and families receive high-quality, effective mental health services. This role is responsible for supervising and supporting clinical staff, monitoring treatment and documentation requirements, coordinating staff training and development, and ensuring compliance with agency, state, and regulatory standards while helping create positive outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) REQUIRED
• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of counseling/mental health experience working with children and families required.
• Proven 2 + years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role preferred.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with acceptable driving history to the Agency. Statewide travel is required approximately 50% for the position.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work with economically and culturally diverse population.
• Skills: demonstrated decision making, organizational and communication skills including attention to detail, oral and written communication skills, and listening and training skills.
